Post prostatectomy incontinence after surgery

Three months ago, a patient visited us considering PRP injections into the urethral sphincter to address persistent urinary incontinence following a prostatectomy.

During the consultation, we performed cystoscopy and were able to observe movement in the urethral sphincter. This helped the patient visualize his own self-training, and after continued practice, he reported that he could now live “without pads.”

Without undergoing PRP treatment, he naturally healed, and he was extremely pleased with the outcome.

Being able to visually confirm the “movement of the urethral sphincter” from the inside through cystoscopy led to his improvement!

I did not expect this would contribute to the effect.

I continue to learn so much from my patients.
