I recently had the opportunity to be interviewed by Fujingaho magazine about urinary problems. Many people struggle with these issues, yet they often hesitate to talk about them. That’s why I believe it is so important to share accurate information through media like this.
During the interview, we discussed common urinary problems that increase with age. What symptoms do people experience? What causes them? And most importantly, what can be done to improve them? These are key questions many people have, and I was happy to provide clear explanations. While some of the topics were medical, the writer did a wonderful job summarizing everything in an easy-to-understand way.
One of the key messages I want to share is this: Urinary troubles are not something you have to accept as a natural part of aging.
Many people think, “It’s just a little leakage” or “Waking up at night to use the bathroom is normal at my age.” However, in most cases, these issues can be improved with the right care.
Another important point is that bladder problems are not always just about the bladder. The pelvic floor muscles play a major role in urinary function. In the interview, I explained how strengthening these muscles can help prevent and treat urinary issues.
I hope this interview helps people realize that they are not alone. If you are experiencing urinary problems, there are solutions. Don’t hesitate to seek help!
